Small but mighty!

We started growing microgreens for ourselves to have some fresh greens through the winter. We were amazed by their versatility and liked them so much, we decided to offer them as one of our products!

Microgreens are vegetable seeds that are grown for 7-10 days, until they are just a few inches tall. They are harvested right around the time their first "true leaves" begin to appear.

Research comparing microgreens to more mature greens reports that nutrient levels in microgreens can be up to nine times higher than those found in mature greens. One study measured vitamin and antioxidant concentrations in 25 commercially available microgreens. Although vitamin and antioxidant levels varied, levels measured in microgreens were up to 40 times higher than those recorded for more mature leaves.

We sell our microgreens in 2oz bags (wholesale and retail) and also as bulk wholesale for use by restaurants.

More information about each of our current microgreen offerings can be found below!
